▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - System for detecting two-dimensional (2D) object (10), has identifying the 2D detection target (101) or detecting its location using each contrast ratio according to the red, green and blue (RGB) wavelength band extracted from the optical image of the 2D detection target. The system has a stage (140) on which a substrate on which the two-dimensional detection target is present is placed, a photographing unit (120) for photographing the substrate including the 2D detection target, and an object detection unit (200) configured to identify or detect the 2D detection target using the optical image of the substrate obtained by the photographing unit and detecting the 2D detection target by using an interference effect between the 2D detection target and the thin film of the substrate. USE - The system is used for detecting 2D object such as graphene, 2D materials (materials) such as black phosphorus, transition-metal dichalcogenide, and hexagonal boron nitride. ADVANTAGE - The system is capable of automatically detecting a 2D material or material of an atomic monolayer obtained by mechanical exfoliation, reduces the time required for detecting the 2D object, is implemented and operated even in a glove box, and prevents a 2D object from being oxidized in the air.
