NOVELTY - Preparing graphene battery anode material, comprises: (i) adding auxiliary agent and alkyl siloxane into polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and stirring to obtain binder; (ii) adding three-dimensional graphene, barium sulfate, organic additive and lead powder into ethanol aqueous solution, stirring, adding binder, continuously stirring to obtain slurry, and spray drying to obtain powder; (iii) dispersing fiber in deionized water to obtain dispersion, adding the dispersion and powder into a paste machine, stirring and adding 45-51 wt.% sulfuric acid solution, and continuously stirring to obtain the lead paste; and (iv) coating the lead paste on a lead acid battery grid at a coating thickness of 1-3 mm, and then oven drying at 50-70℃ for 24-45 hours to obtain the graphene battery anode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene battery anode material used in lead-acid battery and lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method uses three-dimensional graphene as conductive agent an is combined with agglomerant to ensure tight combination and uniform distribution of active substance and carbon powder, imparts excellent mechanical and electrochemical performance of the anode material.
