▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-transferable graphene protective film, involves cleaning brass, preparing mixed diluent by mixing n-butanol and dimethylbenzene, preparing graphite nano-sheet material slurry, adding graphite flake and epoxy resin to mixed diluent, stirring ultrasonically, adding epoxy resin and defoaming agent to graphite nano-sheet slurry, stirring uniformly, adding curing agent, mixing, keep aside, aging, coating brass slowly with slurry to obtain brass-coated film, baking at low temperature and curing brass-coated film to obtain final product. USE - Preparation of heat-transferable graphene protective film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of heat-transferable graphene protective film with excellent mechanical property, corrosion resistance, tensile strength and bonding strength, and elongation of 20% or more. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of heat-transferable graphene protective film, involves (a) cleaning brass, (b) preparing mixed diluent by mixing n-butanol and dimethylbenzene in a mass ratio of 1:3, preparing graphite nano-sheet material slurry, adding graphite flake and 5 %mass of epoxy resin to 6-8 g of mixed diluent, stirring ultrasonically for an hour, weighing 5g epoxy resin and 0.1-0.3 g defoaming agent, adding to graphite nano-sheet slurry, stirring uniformly, adding 2-4 g curing agent, mixing, keep aside, aging for 20-40 minutes, coating brass slowly with slurry to obtain brass-coated film, baking at low temperature and curing brass-coated film to obtain final product.
