NOVELTY - Cashmere textile foam graphene finishing process involves mixing portion of aqueous polymer resin emulsion, portion of foaming agent, portion of foam stabilizer and demineralized water, obtaining an aqueous polymer foaming liquid, foaming, obtaining aqueous polymer resin foam, mixing graphene dispersion liquid, remaining aqueous polymer resin emulsion, remaining foaming agent and remaining foam stabilizer, obtaining graphene foaming liquid, foaming, obtaining graphene foam dispersion, coating the obtained aqueous polymer resin foam on the surface of the cashmere textile, drying, obtaining functional cashmere semi-product, coating the graphene foam dispersion on the surface of the functional cashmere semi-product, drying and obtaining functional cashmere textile. The graphene dispersion comprises 0.1-0.2 wt.% graphene. The graphene foaming liquid comprises 85-95 wt.% graphene dispersion liquid. USE - Foam graphene finishing process of cashmere textile e.g. yarn or knitwear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cashmere textile foam graphene finishing process is carried out efficiently without affecting the environment. The processed cashmere textile has antistatic property and anti-pilling function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene finishing agent for cashmere textile foam graphene finishing process, which comprises the aqueous polymer resin foam and the graphene foam dispersion; and (2) processed cashmere textile. The cashmere textile foam base coat is aqueous polymer resin foam. The content of aqueous polymer resin foam is controlled after the aqueous polymer resin foam undercoat is formed. Cashmere textile dry weight increase rate is 1.5-2.5 wt.%. The surface layer is graphene foam dispersion. The content of graphene foam dispersion is controlled after coating to form the surface layer of the graphene foam dispersion.
