▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon nanomaterial conductive polymer fiber comprises an inner layer (1) which is a columnar organic polymer fiber. An outer layer (2) is a conductive layer with a conductivity exceeding 100 S/m. The material of the outer layer includes carbon nanomaterial particles. The carbon nanomaterial particles are partially embedded in the surface of the inner layer, and at least part of the carbon nanomaterial particles are in contact with each other to form a conductive path. USE - Used as carbon nanomaterial conductive polymer fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method can increase the conductivity of the carbon nanomaterial conductive polymer fiber without reducing the tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polymer fibers, comprising cleaning the impurities on the surface of the organic polymer fiber in the inner layer, uniformly depositing the carbon nanomaterial particle solution on the surface of the organic polymer fiber in the inner layer, drying to obtain at least a part of the carbon nanomaterial particles bonded to each other and forming a blank that forms a conductive path, applying an electric current to the blank, softening, the carbon nanomaterial particles locally heat the inner organic polymer fibers, embedding microwave and/or ultrasonic-assisted carbon nanomaterial particles between the macromolecular segments on the surface of the inner layer of organic polymer fibers, and anchoring the carbon nanomaterial particles to form an outer layer to obtain carbon nanomaterial conductive polymer fibers.
