▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The terahertz wave absorbing device includes a metallic reflective substrate (1), an insulating dielectric layer (2) formed on the substrate, and a graphene layer (3) formed on the insulating dielectric layer. The graphene layer is formed into a periodic single-layer graphene square sheet structure. USE - Graphene-based broadband tunable terahertz wave absorbing device for terahertz imaging, spectroscopy, and stealth applications. ADVANTAGE - Local surface plasmon resonance and surface plasmon resonance of the graphene structure are combined to realize a broadband absorbing device of single-layer structure, which greatly simplifies the processing technology of the structure. By changing the applied bias voltage, the chemical potential and surface conductivity of the graphene can be changed to tune to the absorption range of incident terahertz wave.
