NOVELTY - Composite plating layer comprises a silver layer, a silver-graphene layer and a surfactant molecular layer, which are sequentially deposited on a base material surface layer. The thickness of the silver layer is 5-20 microm, the thickness of the silver-graphene layer is 10-30 microm, and the thickness of the surfactant molecular layer is 2-10 nm.The surfactant molecular layer comprises surfactants containing mercapto and/or silicon, imidazoline amphoteric surfactants, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and/or sodium lauryl sulfate. USE - Composite plating layer for high voltage isolating switch used in power plant and transformer substation electric system. Can also be used in electrical material. ADVANTAGE - The composite coating has excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, and can form a compact composite plating layer surface the metal base material insulating corrosive gas in the air, and improves the corrosion resistance base material.
