▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Solid core gel particle comprises solid particles and a coating layer coated on the surface of the solid particles. The coating layer is a polymer. USE - The solid core gel particle is useful as profile control agent in the heterogeneous composite oil displacement system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gel particle has good viscoelasticity, high expansion times, good thermal stability and anti-shearing stability, improves the recovery rate of non-homogeneous oil reservoir after polymerm uses industrial waste residue as solid core, the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain, and realizes the repeated utilization of the resource, ensures the oil field application effect and reduces the economic cost, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the solid core gel particle, comprising (i) fully dissolving monomer, azo initiator, crosslinking agent, auxiliary agent and dispersing agent in water at room temperature, (ii) dispersing the solid particles into the mixed solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 7-12, (iii) cooling the solution to 0-20℃, (iv) deoxidizing the solution after cooling, adding a redox initiator to react to obtain a gel block, (v) crushing the gel block, adding a hydrolyzing agent for hydrolysis, and (vi) drying and crushing the hydrolyzed glue block, and screening the gel particles of 50-100 μm.
