NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-doped polyvinylidene fluoride composite material includes adding L-cysteine into graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring, centrifuging to isolate black mud, and adding aqueous sodium hydroxide to remove L-cysteine; and subsequently washing with deionized water and with anhydrous ethanol, centrifuging, and vacuum-drying to obtain graphene; and mixing with polyvinylidene fluoride, adding ethanol, ultrasonically vibrating, drying naturally, mixing with ethylene, loading into mold, molding, and cooling. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-doped polyvinylidene fluoride composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides different oxygen content on composite material, regulates dielectric properties of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-doped polyvinylidene fluoride composite material comprises: (A) adding L-cysteine into graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring at room temperature for 0-48 hours, centrifuging to isolate black mud, and adding 0.1 M aqueous sodium hydroxide to remove L-cysteine; and subsequently washing with deionized water and with anhydrous ethanol, centrifuging until pH is 7, and vacuum-drying at room temperature until oxygen content of graphene is 60-12% and electric conductivity is 7.97x 10-7 to 1.24x 10-2 S/minute; and (B) mixing 0.5-3 wt.% obtained graphene and 97-99.5 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, adding ethanol, ultrasonically vibrating for 1 hour, drying naturally, mixing with ethylene, loading into mold, molding to 180-200 degrees C at 10-20 MPa for 30 minutes, and cooling.
