NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene primer comprises 38-39 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 7.7-8.7 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.3-4.8 pts. wt. graphene, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. capsaicin, 6-8 pts. wt. asphalt emulsion, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. stearate, 3-5 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 8-10 pts. wt. mullite, 3-5 pts. wt. phellodendron extract, 20-21 pts. wt. pigment and deionized water. USE - As aqueous graphene primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene primer has excellent corrosion and rust resistance, antibacterial property, and storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing aqueous graphene primer, which involves (a) grinding mullite into 120-140 mesh powder, adding asphalt emulsion, stirring mixture for 10-15 minutes, heating mixture at 740-830 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling heated product to room temperature, adding capsaicin and ultrasonically grinding mixture for 40-50 minutes, (b) adding cortex phellodendri extract and 1-2 times deionized water, uniformly stirring mixture, adding (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene and heavy calcium carbonate, heating mixture at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours using water bath, stirring mixture at 10000 revolutions per minute for 30 second, filtering mixture and drying filtrate, (c) cleaning waste polystyrene foam, drying and crushing material, adding 1.5-2 times mixed solvent, stirring mixture, adding acrylate emulsion and stearate, uniformly stirring and heating mixture at 55-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and (d) mixing products obtained in step (a) and (b), stirring mixture for 10-15 minutes, adding pigment and stirring mixture for 30-60 minutes, crushing mixture using ball mil into particle size of less than or equal to 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion obtained in step (c), continuously dispersing mixture, degassing mixture at 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours, and filtering product.
