▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises performing pretreatment and modification of the graphene with a coupling agent, and mixing the graphene and the coupling agent in a mass ratio of 1:100 to 200, stirring and reacting at 50 to 80 degrees C for 1 to 3 hours, and press-filtering to remove excess coupling agent. The styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is treated with a specific solvent. The styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is first partially dissolved with an equal mass of component A solvent, and then an equal mass of component B solvent is added to continue swelling to achieve swelling and dissolution adhesion state. Then pre-modified graphene is gradually added at a stirring speed of 200-400r/min, and mass ratio of the pre-modified graphene to the styrene thermoplastic elastomer is 1:100-500. The after the compound is uniformly placed in a closed container, the solvent is distilled off under reduced pressure, and stirring is continued for 1 to 3 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene/styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer for use in the field of adult products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, which has excellent aging resistance, melt fluidity, solubility and mechanical properties, and the manufactured adult products have antibacterial and far-infrared functions, the antibacterial rate is as high as 93%, and the far-infrared emissivity is as high as 0.95. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises performing pretreatment and modification of the graphene with a coupling agent, and mixing the graphene and the coupling agent in a mass ratio of 1:100 to 200, stirring and reacting at 50 to 80 degrees C for 1 to 3 hours, and press-filtering to remove excess coupling agent. Then the pre-modified graphene is gradually added at a stirring speed of 200-400r/min, and the mass ratio of the pre-modified graphene to the styrene thermoplastic elastomer is 1:100-500. The after the compound is uniformly placed in a closed container, the solvent is distilled off under reduced pressure, and stirring is continued for 1 to 3 hours. The solvent of component A is one or a mixture of two or more solvents of cyclohexane, xylene, toluene, and butyl acetate. The solvent of component B is one or a mixture of two or more solvents among tetrahydrofuran, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, ethanol, isobutanol, and acetone. The mass ratio of composite coupling agent to elastomer is 1:10-40, and after reacting for another 2 to 4 hours, the material is discharged to form a glue liquid, and the glue liquid is gel dried to obtain a graphene/styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer thermoplastic elastomer product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using the graphene/styrene thermoplastic elastomer, which comprises using 60-100 pts. wt. graphene/styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer thermoplastic elastomer and 0-40 pts. wt. naphthenic oil or paraffin oil, carring out oil-filled blending, directly injecting into adult products, or using screw extruder to extrude and granulate, and then injecting into adult products.
