NOVELTY - Controlling agricultural surface source pollution comprises (i) mixing the agricultural surface source pollution source with adsorbent to obtain pre-treated waste water (ii) adding the magnesium source to the pre-treated waste water to crystallize, collecting the liquid phase to obtain the processed waste water and collecting the solid phase to obtain coarse struvite and (iii) pickling the rough bird fecalite to obtain the refined struvite, where the agricultural surface source pollution source is phosphorus-containing waste water, the adsorbent is biological carbon and graphene composite modified struvite, the magnesium source is composed of magnesium chloride and magnesium oxide and the mol ratio of magnesium chloride and magnesium oxide is 1:0.001-0.3. USE - The method is useful for controlling agricultural surface source pollution. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the reuse of ammonia nitrogen and phosphate radicals in agricultural surface source pollution and high-purity struvite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene modified struvite, comprising graphene, ammonium salt, phosphate and magnesium salt.
