NOVELTY - Cathode current collector comprises a supporting layer and a conductive layer set on at least one of the two opposite surfaces in the thickness direction of the supporting layer. The density of the support layer is less than or equal to conductive layer. The thickness D1 of the conductive layer satisfies that D1 is not less than 300nm and not more than 2 microns. The bonding force F between the supporting layer and conductive layer is not 100N/m than the tensile strain of the cathode current collector is 1.5 %. The square resistance growth rate T of the conductive layer is less than or equal to 5 %. The conductive layer comprises a metal material. The metal material is copper, copper alloy, nickel, nickel alloy, titanium and silver, preferably, the content of copper element in the copper alloy is greater than or equal to 90 wt.% and the nickel alloy is nickel copper alloy. USE - Used as cathode current collector.
