NOVELTY - A cobalt oxide/graphene flexible electrode preparing method involves centrifuging graphene oxide, sonicating, filtering to obtain graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is pretreated with nickel foam at room temperature for 1-5 minutes, dried to obtain three-dimensional structure graphene/nickel foam material. The three-dimensional structure graphene/nickel foam material is added with cobalt acetate solution and hexamethylene tetramine, placed in a stainless steel autoclave, closed, maintained at 50-300 degrees C, washed with distilled water to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing cobalt oxide graphene flexible electrode. ADVANTAGE - The Method for preparing cobalt oxide/graphene flexible electrode with high surface area and high circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cobalt oxide/graphene flexible electrode preparing method involves centrifuging graphene oxide at a speed of 3000-5000 rpm for 2-10 minutes, sonicating for 10-30 minutes, filtering impurities to obtain graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is pretreated with nickel foam at room temperature for 1-5 minutes, dried at 50-100 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, pretreated at room temperature for 1-5 minutes, dried at 50-100 degrees C for 1-5 minutes, repeated for process to obtain graphene oxide mixture. The graphene oxide mixture is dried at 50-200 degrees C for 3-10 minutes under vacuum, placed in a chemical vapor deposition furnace for 1-3 hours to obtain three-dimensional structure graphene/nickel foam material. The three-dimensional structure graphene/nickel foam material is added with cobalt acetate solution and an aqueous solution of hexamethylene tetramine, placed in a stainless steel autoclave, closed, maintained at 50-300 degrees C for 1-12 hours, washed with distilled water to obtain the finished product.
