NOVELTY - The method involves using surface active agent for modifying a graphene powder. A lead ion, tin ion and dispersion plating liquid are provided. The dispersion plating liquid mixed with the modified graphene powder is injected with pure lead plate as anode and an electric conduction substrate as cathode, so as to obtain electrochemical depositing sediment. The sediment is taken from electric conduction base element surface scraping, water washed to neutral and vacuum dried after obtaining lead-graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing lead tin-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The uniform-graphene composite material is provided as battery anode additive to promote the graphene in order to facilitate dispersion of positive pole active material, increasing the battery performance effectively.
