▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon fibers or graphene is fabricated by drawing precursor material to produce carbon fibers in which drawing causes nitrogen and hydrogen to be released, and precursor is derived from hydrocarbon substance from waste stream and/or natural gas. USE - Fabrication of carbon fibers or graphene for fuzzy carbon fiber composition production (claimed). Can also be used for carbon fiber reinforcement used for manufacturing storage tanks to enable international adoption of methane and hydrogen as fuels for transportation, power generation, and heavy equipment, renewable energy conversion equipment, safer automotive components which have lower curb weight and inertia to increase fuel efficiency, strength, safety, corrosion resistance, and higher durability, consumer durable goods, and nanoscale products. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and low cost and increases the value of natural gas commodity when hydrogen is separated and liberated for use as clean fuel and carbon is co-harvested for manufacturing precursor or fiber while avoiding substantial amounts of cost for carbon footprint damages and clean-up. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of fuzzy carbon fiber composition which involves forming precursor into tensioned fiber, dehydrogenating tensioned fiber to produce carbon graphite fiber, and developing architectural constructs on tensioned carbon fiber.
