▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material by reinforcing body prefabricated block, melting composite material, and vacuum absorbing the composite material, standing, removing the surface slag, using vacuum suction casting process condition at vacuum pressure of less than 0.1x 10-3 MPa, and maintaining pressure for 3-10 minutes to obtain the zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material. USE - Method for preparing zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, safety, reliability and simple operation; and can provide composite material having interface bonding quality, good grain refining effect, and excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material comprises: (A) (i) adding zirconium oxide modified graphene into ethanol, ultrasound for 1-4 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene modified mesoporous silicon of zirconium oxide dispersion; (ii) where the mass ratio of AZ91 magnesium alloy to zirconium oxide modified graphene is 50-100:1-10, adding the AZ91 magnesium alloy powder having a granularity of less than 325 meshes in the mixed liquid, and mechanically stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain dispersed uniform mixed slurry; (iii) filtering the mixed slurry, vacuum drying, transferring into the mold, under the condition of room temperature and 600-1000 MPa, and press forming zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced precast block raw blank; (iv) sintering the prefabricated block obtained in step (iii) raw blank under the protection of argon gas and 550-650 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain the zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced precast block; (v) cutting the prefabricated block and processing to obtain the modified mesoporous silicon of zirconium oxide graphene-reinforced body; and (vi) preheating the magnesium chips at 100-150 degrees C; (B) rising the furnace temperature to 200 degrees C, adding AZ91 magnesium alloy into the crucible; and occupying the magnesium alloy with 1-2 wt.% RJ2 smelting covering agent on the furnace material, and adding carbon dioxide and sulfur hexafluoride to prevent the magnesium oxide in the smelting process, continuously increasing the temperature to 680-750 degrees C, after the furnace material is completely melted, removing the surface slag, standing for 10-30 minutes, then adding the preheated GN reinforcing body containing zirconium oxide (ZrO2) chips, after completely melting, removing the surface of the melt slag, and standing for 5-20 minutes to obtain the composite material melt; adjusting the melt temperature of the composite material to 550-780 degrees C, under the protection atmosphere, mechanically stirring for 3-20 minutes and dispersing uniformly at 50-300 revolutions/minute to obtain the composite material; and (C) vacuum absorbing the composite material, and adjusting melt temperature to 580-650 degrees C, standing for 5-10 minutes, removing the surface slag, using vacuum suction casting process condition at vacuum pressure of less than 0.1x 10-3 MPa, and maintaining pressure for 3-10 minutes to obtain the zirconium oxide modified graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material.
