NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material comprises (i) placing graphene oxide containing metal impurities and/or non-metal impurities in carrier, and then placing carrier in high temperature vacuum furnace, (ii) vacuumizing vacuum furnace to a negative pressure of 60-100 Pa, and (iii) setting temperature of high-temperature vacuum furnace to 1250-2500 degrees C and heating for 60-600 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene material is obtained by above method.
