NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises subjecting graphite raw material to oxidation treatment, dissolving oxidized graphite in solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to prepare 0.5-3 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, dropping ammonia water into graphene oxide solution until the pH of the solution is 10-12, pouring the obtained mixed solution with ammonia water, adding into reaction container, stirring at 15000-20000 revolutions/minute for 1-4 hours, controlling the temperature of the solution at 100-120 degrees C, and obtaining nitrogen-doped graphene with nitrogen content of 3.1-6.3 wt.%. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low device requirement, short reaction time, little environmental pollution, simple flow, little influential factor, and good repeatability, does not require high temperature, can save energy, does not need the addition of reducing agent, and is easy to control and suitable for large scale implementation.
