▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified cellulose/graphene oxide composite microsphere comprises cellulose and graphene oxide composite material modified by welan gum. The microsphere has a particle diameter of 500-5000 nm. USE - The modified cellulose/graphene oxide composite microsphere is useful in an adsorbent for sewage treatment and environmental pollution treatment. ADVANTAGE - The microsphere: reinforces the mechanical intensity of an adsorbent; increases the absorption ability of adsorbent, thus improving the property of the adsorbent; comprises welan gum, which introduces branched structure and functional groups; ensures multi-layer adsorption; has no toxicity; is free of pollution; and has high biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified cellulose/graphene oxide composite microsphere, comprising dissolving cellulose in sodium hydroxide/thiourea/urea solution by stirring at a high speed to obtain transparent cellulose solution, high speed centrifuging to remove the undissolved substances and bubbles, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and mixing uniformly with cellulose solution for 1 hour, transferring into a three-necked bottle along with liquid paraffin and Span80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), uniformly stirring at room temperature, stirring and emulsifying, slowly adding cellulose mixed solution at same temperature and stirring speed conditions, continuously stirring for 1-4 hours under the same conditions for 1-4 hours, simultaneously stirring, slowly adding dilute hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to neutral, stopping the stirring process, allowing to stand, stratifying, removing the upper layer of liquid paraffin, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol to remove residual liquid paraffin and Span80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), freeze drying the microsphere product (or stored in 20% ethanol solution at 0-5 degrees C), epoxy modifying composite microsphere, adding a solution containing epichlorohydrin, sodium hydroxide and dimethyl sulfoxide, pouring into the three-necked bottle, taking cellulose/graphene oxide composite microsphere into the solution, stirring and heating in a constant temperature water bath for 3 hours, stopping the heating and stirring process after the reaction is complete, washing for multiple times using deionized water, removing un-reacted solvent and reactant, adding welan gum to sodium hydroxide solution, mixing uniformly, passing high purity nitrogen into in the gum solution, removing oxygen in the solution, adding epoxy modified composite microsphere to gum solution, mixing uniformly for 24 hours, dialyzing the resulting product using a dialysis bag for 24 hours to remove ungrafted welan gum.
