NOVELTY - Radiating paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 15-25 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 6-9 pts. wt. t-butyl hydrogen peroxide, 2-3 pts. wt. metal powder, 7-11 pts. wt. modified bamboo charcoal, 4-6 pts. wt. bentonite, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-6 pts. wt. thickening agent, 2-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. rust preventive pigment and 25-40 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The radiating paint useful for a power distribution cabinet casing (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the radiating paint, comprising (i) taking the water-based polyurethane modified epoxy resin, water-based fluorocarbon resin, polyacrylate, graphene oxide, dibutyl phthalate, t-butyl peroxide, metal powder, modified bamboo charcoal, bentonite, dispersant, thickener, leveling agent, anti-rust pigment and deionized water, (ii) mixing water-based polyurethane modified epoxy resin, water-based fluorocarbon resin and deionized water, heating in a reaction vessel at 63-72 degrees C and stirring for 30-60 minutes under stirring speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute, (iii) sequentially adding polyacrylate, graphene oxide, dibutyl phthalate and t-butyl hydroperoxide to the product obtained in the step (ii), stirring, mixing uniformly, adding a dispersant, a metal powder and a modified bamboo charcoal and dispersing bentonite at high speed for 10-20 minutes and (iv) placing the remaining raw materials in the reaction vessel together with the product obtained in the step (iii), filling the reaction vessel with an inert gas, microwaving for 10-15 minutes, stirring and mixing for 20-30 minutes.
