NOVELTY - The graphene oxide film includes main portion formed of graphene oxide with lamellar structure, and has oxygen-containing functional groups in lamellar structure, where the atomic ratio of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms in the graphene oxide film is (1.8-3.4):1, the oxygen-containing functional group includes at least one of hydroxyl functional group, an epoxy group and carbonyl functional group, and based on the total number of atoms of oxygen-containing functional group, the content of hydroxyl functional group is 30-80%, and the content of carbonyl functional group is 5.0% or less. USE - Graphene oxide film used as selective transmission film, electrode material, and conductive/heat conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide film combines the optimization of oxidation method of graphite and the liquid-phase regulation process of the functional group of graphene oxide sheet, thereby realizing the purpose of adjusting the chemical structure between the graphene oxide sheets, and thus comprehensively improves the orientation degree of the graphene oxide film and the interlayer hydrogen bonding interaction significantly improves the mechanical properties of graphene oxide films.
