NOVELTY - A printing matte material comprises 10-35 pts. wt. inorganic binder, 0.5-6 pts. wt. conductive material, 20-45 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylic prepolymer, 5-20 pts. wt. graft-modified acrylic monomer, 15-40 pts. wt. organic microspheres, 0.5-7 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 0.05-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 20-60 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Printing matte material used for preparing substrate with pattern of surface resistance type periodic meta-material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly matte material has excellent thermal matching performance with the substrate. The surface resistance of the meta-material periodic pattern can be adjusted by adjusting the ratio of high-temperature-resistant printing material. The meta-material pattern has strong thermal stability, and excellent thermal matching performance with ceramic substrate after 3 thermal cycles at 700degrees Celsius. The hardened material achieves desired effect of single-color coating. The matte material can realize the resonance of electromagnetic waves and generate losses at the same time, reduce post-printing ink and drying process, and improve production efficiency, and can be applied even at high temperature condition.
