▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film has thickness of 80-220 microns, and comprises alcoholamine-modified graphene oxide and polyvinylidene fluoride. The alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film is capable of generating adsorption action with respect to sulfur dioxide, reducing sulfur dioxide mass transfer resistance in the membrane, and promoting the delivery of sulfur dioxide. USE - Alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film is used for gas-liquid membrane contactor. ADVANTAGE - The alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film has excellent desulfurization performance, strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film, which involves diluting prepared graphene oxide into 1-10 mg/mL, adding 50-300 mL diluted graphene oxide solution in a three-mouth bottle, adding 0.05-0.3 g potassium hydroxide, ultrasonically processing for 5-60 minutes, adding 5-150 mL alkanolamine to the above solution, refluxing at 50-90 degrees C for 2-5 hours, obtaining black solution, dialyzing to neutrality, lyophilizing, adding alcoholamine-modified graphene oxide and additive into solvent, ultrasonically processing for 1-36 hours, obtaining alcoholamine-modified graphene oxide dispersion solution having concentration of 0.16-1.5 wt.%, adding 10-30 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride polymer, stirring at 50-80 degrees C for 3-12 hours, deaerating, obtaining alcohol amine modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride casting solution, and carrying out immersion precipitation phase inversion process. The alkydamine-modified graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride blend film has film thickness of 80-200 mu m, film surface water contact angle of 62-91 degrees , vapor flux distribution of 0.01 MPa, asymmetric structure and cross-sectional finger-like pore structure.
