NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced phase comprises e.g. placing copper foil in a reaction chamber, growing graphene on copper foil by chemical vapor deposition method, where graphene is in monolayer microchip state to obtain graphene/copper structures on copper foils, removing copper foil and placing a piece of copper foil to obtain graphene/copper in ferric chloride solution, removing copper foil from corrosion to obtain ferric chloride and copper(II) chloride solutions, and floating graphene microflake in solution and then adding dispersing agent into the solution of graphene microplate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced phase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene reinforced phase comprises (i) placing copper foil in a reaction chamber, growing graphene on copper foil by chemical vapor deposition method, where graphene is in monolayer microchip state to obtain graphene/copper structures on copper foils, (ii) removing copper foil and placing a piece of copper foil to obtain graphene/copper in ferric chloride solution, removing copper foil from corrosion to obtain ferric chloride and copper(II) chloride solutions, and floating graphene microflake in solution, (iii) adding dispersing agent into the solution of graphene microplate to perform surface modification, (iv) removing copper foil, placing the surface modified copper foil with graphene/copper in ferric chloride solution, removing copper foil from corrosion to obtain ferrous chloride and copper(II) chloride solutions, and floating graphene microflake in solution, (v) surface modifying by adding dispersant into the solution of graphene microflake, and (vi) determining graphene content of surface-modified solution until graphene content meets requirements.
