▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-particles/graphene oxide composite modified polymer material comprises nanoparticle/graphene oxide composite particle and polymer material matrix prepared by electrostatic self-assembly method. The nanoparticle/graphene oxide composite particle prepared by the electrostatic self-assembling method by utilizing the electrostatic interaction between the aminated nano-particle and the graphene oxide with a carboxy group and hydroxy group to attach the nano-particle to the surface of the graphene oxide. USE - The material is useful in car, aerospace, electronic and electrical, mechanical, weapons and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical and tri-bological properties. The method is simple and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material comprising (i) dispersing the nanoparticles in solvent under ultrasonic and mechanical agitation, drop-wisely adding specific amount of gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, refluxing in a water bath and mechanical stirring to obtain amino-modified nano-particle dispersion with positive ionization, adding graphene oxide dispersion, where graphene oxide comprises carboxy groups, and the hydroxy groups are ionizing with negative charges, ultrasonic and mechanical stirring of the amino-modified nano-particles with positive and negative charges to obtain nano-particles/graphene oxide composite particles, and (ii) electrostatically self-assembling nano-particle/graphene oxide composite particle and polymer material matrix, subjecting to ultrasonic and mechanical stirring in a solvent to remove solvent and subjecting the mixture to secondary blending to obtain nano-particle/graphene oxide composite modified polymer material.
