NOVELTY - A lithium ion battery composite anode material is produced by coating surface of activated silicon nanoparticle with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and graphene. USE - Lithium ion battery composite anode material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery composite anode material is produced by utilizing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) with high conductivity and graphene with excellent mechanical properties, and has excellent cycling stability and improved performance capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for production of lithium ion battery composite anode material, which involves utilizing concentrated vitriol and hydrogen peroxide solution to activate silicon nanoparticles, mixing the nanoparticles with conducting polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and graphene, adding ammonium persulfate to the mixture, stirring the mixture ultrasonically for 6-24 hours, washing the product with deionized water, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to the mixed solution, completely stirring the mixture at 120-180 degrees C for 6-24 hours, naturally cooling the product to room temperature, washing the product with deionized water, and vacuum drying the product.
