▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing dispersion-reinforced alloy comprises in-situ growing the second phase reinforced particle on the graphene oxide nano sheet, and obtaining graphene loaded with the second phase reinforced particle, where graphene oxide nano sheet oxygen content is 5-35%; providing the graphene dispersion of the load second phase strengthening particles and the first phase metal powder dispersion, and mixing the graphene dispersion of the load second phase strengthening particles and the first phase metal powder dispersion to form a second mixed solution; stirring and heating the second mixed solution, and drying to obtain mixed powder; and forming the mixed powder, and sintering to obtain alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing dispersion-reinforced alloy, which is useful in electrical and electronic applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of dispersion-reinforced alloy with excellent strength.
