NOVELTY - A high glowing filament high heat-conducting nylon composite material comprises 30-60 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 10-40 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler, 5-30 pts. wt. inorganic hydroxide (I) and 20-45 pts. wt. inorganic hydroxide (II). The grain diameter D50 of the inorganic hydroxide (I) is not less than 40 mu m and grain diameter of inorganic hydroxide (II) is not more than 10 mu m. The inorganic hydroxide (I) and inorganic hydroxide (II) are one or more of magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and calcium hydroxide. USE - High glowing filament high heat-conducting nylon composite material for preparing nylon product used in electronic appliance field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high thermal conductivity and glowing filament flammability temperature and the thermal conductivity can reach more than 1.0 W/m.K and the glowing filament starting flammability temperature can reach more than 750 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the high glowing filament high heat-conducting nylon composite material, which involves mixing the components uniformly, adding extruder, melting and granulating.
