NOVELTY - Preparation of window film involves spraying 30-50 pts. wt. 1-1.5 mol/l polyethylene glycol solution into reactor using high-voltage electrospinning device, adding 20-40 pts. wt. 0.5-1 mol/l silver nitrate glycol solution, stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain reaction liquid, adding acetone solvent, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging obtained product, removing upper layer solution, dispersing precipitate in 95% absolute ethanol to obtain nano-silver wire, adding amphiphilic solvent and non-polar solvent, transferring single-layered film of one-dimensional nanowire from water-air interface to substrate, controlling thickness of assembled film by controlling number of layers to obtain assembled film, mixing 10-20 pts. wt. assembled film and 80-100 pts. wt. modifier, ultrasonically processing at 80-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, filtering, drying to obtain modified assembly film, soaking in modified graphene solution, adding condensing agent, reacting for 1-3 hours, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of window film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of window film with improved performance, conductivity, light transmittance, stability, shielding effect and flexibility, and low square resistance.
