NOVELTY - The mode-locking laser has a pumping source (1) that is connected with wavelength division multiplexer. The pumping input end of wavelength division multiplex is connected with doped optical fiber (3). The doping optical fiber is connected with the other end of the laser beam. The output end of annular device (6) is connected with the polarization controller (9). The controller is connected with the signal end of the wavelength division multiplexer. The silicon carbide substrate (7) is formed on the graphene structure (8). USE - Graphene passive mode-locking laser. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductivity of the laser can be improved. The stability of the laser can be improved. The repetition frequency of laser can be improved. The pulse energy of the ultrashort laser can be enlarged. The cost of manufacturing can be reduced. The graphene for passive mode-locking laser can be controlled. The saturable absorber of industrialization can be performed easily.
