▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electrode comprises active material particles, and a graphene net including 1-100 graphene sheets. The graphene net is formed by heat treatment at greater than or equal to 200 degrees C. The active material particles are covered with the graphene net. Surfaces of the active material particles are coated with a conductive film comprising carbon. A proportion of elements other than carbon and hydrogen in the graphene net is less than or equal to 15 atomic%. An average particle size of the active material particles is 20-100 nm. USE - The electrode such as a positive electrode or a negative electrode is useful in a battery such as manganese battery, an alkaline battery, a nickel-hydride battery, a lithium battery and a lithium ion secondary battery, which is useful in electric and electronic appliances including: electric power tools; personal computers; mobile phones; mobile game machines; mobile information terminals; electronic-book readers; video cameras and digital still cameras; display devices; lighting devices; image reproduction devices to reproduce a still image or a moving image stored in a recording medium such as a digital versatile disc; high-frequency heating apparatus such as microwaves; electric rice cookers; electric washing machines; air-conditioning systems such as air conditioners; electric refrigerators; electric freezers; electric refrigerator-freezers; freezer for preserving DNA; and dialysis devices, where the display devices are LCD device, a light-emitting device in which a light-emitting element such as an organic electroluminescent element is provided in each pixel, an electrophoresis display device, a digital micromirror device, a plasma display panel, a field emission display, information display device for personal computers and advertisement displays. ADVANTAGE - The electrode exhibits increased conductivity and electric capacity, increases the discharging and charging characteristics and reduces the internal resistance and weight of the battery, and improves electric characteristics, reliability and durability of the electric appliance.
