▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for measuring diethylstilbestrol based on graphene multiple signal amplification surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing involves (a) preparing sample, (b) modifying the SPR chip by cleaning the surface of the precious metal sheet of the SPR chip, and connecting carboxylated graphene oxide on the surface of the precious metal sheet, (c) using the carboxylated graphene oxide fixed on the surface of the precious metal of the SPR chip to connect and fix DES-bovine serum albumin (BSA), and (d) using SPR immunosensor to determine the concentration of diethylstilbestrol in the test sample based on the indirect competition method by mixing the test sample containing DES and the DES monoclonal antibody solution for injection, and competing together for DES-BSA fixed on the surface of the SPR chip, where the signal generated by SPR is inversely proportional to the concentration of DES in the sample to be tested. USE - The method is useful for measuring diethylstilbestrol based on graphene multiple signal amplification SPR sensing. ADVANTAGE - The method has detection limit of the diethylstilbestrol content of 2.901x 10 ng/ml, standard addition recovery rate of 94.12-101.22%, and the RSD of 3.24-6.59%, which realizes ultra-trace detection of diethylstilbestrol. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for measuring diethylstilbestrol based on graphene multiple signal amplification surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing involves (a) preparing sample by using magnetic graphene as the adsorbent, adsorbing and enriching the diethylstilbestrol in the sample to be tested, and eluting with the eluent, where the eluted diethylstilbestrol is constant volume to obtain the sample to be tested, (b) modifying the SPR chip by cleaning the surface of the precious metal sheet of the SPR chip, and connecting carboxylated graphene oxide on the surface of the precious metal sheet, (c) using the carboxylated graphene oxide fixed on the surface of the precious metal of the SPR chip to connect and fix DES-bovine serum albumin (BSA), and (d) using SPR immunosensor to determine the concentration of diethylstilbestrol in the test sample based on the indirect competition method by mixing the test sample containing DES and the DES monoclonal antibody solution for injection, and competing together for DES-BSA fixed on the surface of the SPR chip, where the signal generated by SPR is inversely proportional to the concentration of DES in the sample to be tested.
