NOVELTY - An aqueous carbon steel surface treatment agent comprises 0.02-0.15 wt.% polypyrrole/graphene composite material, 15-25 wt.% organic resin, 0-0.4 wt.% inorganic corrosion inhibitor, proper amount of pH regulator, and balance amount of deionized water. The pH value of the surface treatment agent is 5-8. The organic resin is acrylate emulsion, aqueous polyurethane resin and/or aqueous organosiloxane-modified resin. The inorganic corrosion inhibitor is vanadate, molybdate, and/or phosphoric acid. The pH regulator is acetic acid or aqueous ammonia. USE - Aqueous carbon steel surface treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous carbon steel surface treatment agent forms a layer of protective film with excellent corrosion resistance on the surface of the carbon steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous carbon steel surface treatment agent comprises 0.02-0.15 wt.% polypyrrole/graphene composite material, 15-25 wt.% organic resin, 0-0.4 wt.% inorganic corrosion inhibitor, proper amount of pH regulator, and balance amount of deionized water. The pH value of the surface treatment agent is 5-8. The organic resin is acrylate emulsion, aqueous polyurethane resin and/or aqueous organosiloxane-modified resin. The inorganic corrosion inhibitor is vanadate, molybdate, and/or phosphoric acid. The pH regulator is acetic acid or aqueous ammonia. The polypyrrole/graphene composite material is styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer functionalized graphene stabilized polypyrrole aqueous dispersion. The polypyrrole/graphene composite material is prepared by (A) prepared by dispersing styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer in an aqueous solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 9-11 using sodium hydroxide, and stirring at 90 degrees C for 4 hours to make the solution transparent, cooling to room temperature, and using as an electrolyte, where the mass ratio of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and the aqueous solution is 0.25%, using high-purity graphite rods as a cathode and an anode in the electrolyte, and electrolyzing under the application of constant voltage direct current power supply of 12 V for 16 hours to obtain black functionalized graphene aqueous dispersion, adjusting the pH value of the graphene aqueous dispersion to 9 using aqueous ammonia, ultrasonically dispersing using an ultrasonic dispersing machine for 2 hours, and centrifuging in a low-speed centrifuge at speed of 2000 rpm to remove large agglomerates, and (B) adding pyrrole to the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer functionalized graphene aqueous dispersion, where the mass ratio of graphene and pyrrole with 1:(1-1.5), stirring for 30 minutes, dripping the oxidant ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, where the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate to the pyrrole is 1:1, performing acid flocculation after 24 hours of reaction, and centrifuging at high speed to obtain polypyrrole/graphene composite material, water washing until the supernatant is colorless, and ultrasonically dispersing the polypyrrole/graphene composite material in water with pH value of 9.
