▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/silicon nanowire hybrid material powder mass comprises silicon nanowires inter-mixed with graphene sheets, where the silicon nanowires have a diameter of 2-50 nm, and a length of 50 nm to 20 mu m, and the silicon nanowires are contained in an amount of 0.5-99 wt.% based on the total weight of the graphene sheets and the silicon nanowires. USE - The powder mass is useful in an anode for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder mass has high cycle life, high reversible capacity, low irreversible capacity, small particle size (for high-rate capacity) and compatibility for lithium ion battery, and improves battery performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an anode comprising the powder mass as an anode active material, an optional conductive additive, and a resin binder; (2) a lithium ion battery comprising the anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte; (3) a curly silicon nanowire having a diameter of 2-50 nm, a length of 50 nm to 20 mu m, and a radius of curvature of 100 nm to 10 mu m; and (4) a lithium ion battery having the curly silicon nanowire as an anode active material.
