NOVELTY - Display fixing adhesive tape comprises release film layer, adhesive layer, antistatic light-shielding layer and base material layer. The antistatic light-shielding layer, adhesive layer and release film layer are stacked. The adhesive composition of adhesive layer is prepared by adding tripropylene glycol diacrylate, terpene resin and maleated rosin to organic solvent, stirring and dissolving, adding toughening agent phthalate, stirring and dissolving, adding isocyanate crosslinking agent L-45, and stirring. The base material layer is prepared by adding polyethylene terephthalate polyester chips and tetraisopropyl titanate to organic solvent, stirring and dispersing, heating, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain crystals. The antistatic light-shielding layer is prepared by adding isooctyl acrylate, graphene and acetanilide blocked isocyanate curing agent to organic solvent n-butyl acetate, continuously stirring, adding isocyanate-based crosslinking agent L45, and stirring. USE - Used as display fixing adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The tape: has excellent shading performance and anti-warping performance; can filter out ultraviolet rays; has long service life, environmental protection, strong viscosity, excellent shading performance, easy repair and high temperature resistance; has excellent bonding effect, which can prevent the risk of device damage caused by insufficient adhesive tape due to heat generation; at the same time, the tape can fix the liquid crystal display screen and the backlight module; observes under microscope that there is no residual glue and no damage when peeling off; can adapt to different angles of bending of the flexible screen; is highly conformable; and has excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Display fixing adhesive tape comprises release film layer, adhesive layer, antistatic light-shielding layer, base material layer, antistatic light-shielding layer and adhesive layer that are stacked. The adhesive composition of the adhesive layer is prepared by adding 50-60 pts. wt. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 30-35 pts. wt. terpene resin, 35-40 pts. wt. maleated rosin, 5-7 pts. wt. vinyl MQ silicone resin and 3-5 pts. wt. dimethyl polysiloxane with viscosity of 20 mPa to 100 pts. wt. organic solvent, where the weight ratio of toluene and ethyl acetate is 1:1, stirring and dissolving completely at 40-60degrees Celsius, adding 3-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 1-2 pts. wt. toughening agent phthalate, stirring and dissolving for 20-30 minutes, adding 2-3 pts. wt. isocyanate crosslinking agent L-45, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the adhesive composition. The base material layer is prepared by 80-100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polyester chips, 10-15 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. vinyl MQ silicone resin, 5-8 pts. wt. modified filler (where the weight ratio of modified silicon dioxide nanoparticles and modified glass fibers 1:1) and 1-2 pts. wt. tetraisopropyl titanate to 100 pts. wt. organic solvent (where toluene and ethyl acetate weight ratio 1:1), stirring and uniformly dispersing, heating to 90-100degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours, cooling, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain crystals, adding the crystals to twin-screw extruder and melting and extruding at 170-200degrees Celsius, stretching 10-20 times in the longitudinal and transverse directions successively through the vertical drawing machine and the horizontal drawing machine, carrying out heat-setting in tensioned state, and obtaining the base material layer by cooling the coil. The antistatic light-shielding layer is prepared by adding 60-80 pts. wt. isooctyl acrylate, 25-30 pts. wt. esterified rosin, 20-25 pts. wt. polyaniline, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. 2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)benzotriazole, 2-3 pts. wt. 2,6-toluene diisocyanate curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. acetanilide blocked isocyanate curing agent to 80-100 pts. wt. organic solvent n-butyl acetate, adding 2-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone after uniformly mixing, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 1-2 pts. wt. isocyanate-based crosslinking agent L45, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the antistatic light-shielding layer coating. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the display fixing adhesive tape, comprising performing corona on the surface of the substrate layer obtained in the step (2), where the corona power is 1-2 KW, and the running speed is 30-50 m/minutes, coating the coating of the antistatic light-shielding layer obtained in the step (3) on both sides of the base material layer after corona, placing in vacuum drying oven for drying, setting the temperature to 60-80degrees Celsius, rewinding to obtain base material layer coated with antistatic light-shielding layer, uniformly coating the adhesive composition on the release film layer with thickness of 20 microm, drying for 2-3 minutes, attaching to both sides of the base material layer coated with the antistatic light-shielding layer, rewinding, and aging at 35-40degrees Celsius for 2-4 days to obtain the display fixing adhesive tape.
