NOVELTY - The device has an electrolytic cell provided with a pre-inserting layer electrolysis cell and a stripping electrolytic circuit. The pre-embedded layer electrolytic tank and the stripping electrolysis circuit are provided with pre-substituted layer electrode and a peeling electrode (1). The pretreatment electrode and the peel electrode are connected to a negative electrode of a power supply. The graphite material (8) is connected to the positive electrode of the power source. A transmission mechanism is provided for conveying the graphite materials to the electrolytic cells to make the graphitic materials advance according to a predetermined route. The strip-shaped pretreatment layer electrode is provided in a strip shape, and the length of the graphic material is 60-100 wt.% of the path of the advance route of graphic materials in the pretreatment sheet electrolysis tank. USE - Device for continuously preparing graphene oxide used as precursor and support carrier for synthesizing graphene-based composite material. Uses include but are not limited to optical, electrical, mechanical, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize continuous oxidation of graphene, batch production, and greatly reducing pollutant discharge in the graphene oxide preparation process, so as to realize high efficiency of graphene and low cost preparation. The pre-inserting layer and peeling can be continuously carried out in the prior art, so that the electrolyte concentration is not limited to more than 98% and the safety of the whole electrolysis device and operation is greatly improved.
