NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial antistatic ultraviolet-resistant polyurethane synthetic leather comprises: (1) dissolving dopamine hydrochloride in Tris solution to prepare dopamine solution; (2) adding the polyurethane synthetic leather into the dopamine solution, stirring and reacting, obtaining poly-dopamine coated polyurethane synthetic leather; (3) soaking the polydopamine coated polyurethane synthetic leather into the oxidized graphene aqueous solution, finishing soaking, obtaining the oxidized graphene coating polyurethane synthetic leather; (4) adding graphene coating polyurethane synthetic leather into copper ion aqueous solution, adding alkali liquid and reducing agent, and carrying out reduction reaction. USE - Preparing antibacterial antistatic ultraviolet-resistant polyurethane synthetic leather. Uses include but are not limited to home textile, medical treatment, and protective clothing. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, no pollution to the environment and low cost. The polyurethane synthetic leather has high-efficiency and durable antibacterial property, good washing fastness, and has anti-ultraviolet performance and anti-static performance.
