▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-drug controlled release system involves (a) preparing nano-erythrocyte membrane vesicles, (b) preparing photosensitizing drug-loaded graphene oxide, (c) preparing a targeting molecule and (d) mixing the erythrocyte membrane vesicles obtained in step (a) with the targeting molecules obtained in step (c), adding phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), performing stirring reaction to obtain targeted erythrocyte membrane vesicles, mixing the targeted erythrocyte membrane vesicles with the photosensitizing drug-loaded graphene oxide obtained in step (b), ultrasonically treating and again performing stirring reaction to obtain nano-drug controlled release system. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-drug controlled release system which is useful for providing anti-tumor effect. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano-drug controlled release system which has excellent biocompatibility in the human body is non-toxic, hence does not cause side effects or rejection reaction, prevents nanocarriers from being encapsulated to maintain the activity of the targeting molecules, reduces the surface free energy of graphene oxide and increases the dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for nano-drug controlled release system, which is prepared as mentioned above.
