DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method-based graphene composite radiating coating, which involves mixing reducing oxidation graphene slurry, auxiliary agent and water, adding heat-conducting filler, continuously mixing, adding aqueous epoxy resin, continuously mixing to prepare component A; mixing epoxy curing agent and water to prepare component B; and mixing the A component and the B component in ratio of 8-15:1 and curing.
