NOVELTY - Paint reinforcing agent comprises 2-40 pts. wt. organosilicone solvent, 0.05-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.1-55 pts. wt. luminescent powder, 0.1-10 pts. wt. high temperature resistant fiber, 0.01-30 pts. wt. high temperature resistant electromagnetic wave absorbing material, 0.1-5 pts. wt. piezoelectric material, 0.05-5 pts. wt. magnetic powder, and 0.05-3 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber. USE - Used as paint reinforcing agent. ADVANTAGE - The paint reinforcing agent has certain anti-shielding ability, good tensile and vibration resistance, certain heat conduction and heat evacuation capabilities, continuous antibacterial ability through the dual antibacterial effect of titanium dioxide and phosphorescent powder and can be linked with external electromagnetic wave and light wave transmitter to achieve continuous energy storage and continuous antibacterial. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing paint reinforcing agent, comprising (i) heating organosilicone solvent to 45-65 degrees C to form material A, (ii) mixing and stirring the raw materials other than organosilicone solvent and paint in a dry container for 5-10 minutes to form material B, and (iii) (a) adding material A and material B into a dry container and mixing and stirring for 10-30 minutes, and maintaining the temperature of the container at 40-50 degrees C, adding the paint into the container and stirring for 10-60 minutes, or (b) mixing material A and paint at room temperature in a sealed state, and stirring for 10-60 minutes, adding material B and continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes; and (2) a method of using paint reinforcing agent, comprising brushing or spraying the paint on the surface of the object according to the use method of ordinary paint, contacting or closing to the paint plane through a coil with alternating current, where the number of turns of the coil is 1-5000 turns, the frequency of the alternating current is 1000 Hz to 10 GHz, and the distance between the coil and the paint plane is 0-10 cm, placing the magnet around or on the vertical surface of the AC coil, or winding the AC coil above the magnet, turning on the power, touching the AC coil to the surface of the paint and moving to generate an ultrasonic signal, and carrying out illumination treatment on the coating surface, so that the internal titanium dioxide and light-storing materials can better achieve antibacterial.
