NOVELTY - A denitration catalyst comprises 85-94 wt.% modified catalyst carrier and 6-15 wt.% active components comprising transition metal oxide. The modified catalyst carrier comprises at least one of molecular sieves and inorganic oxide as carrier, and carbon material and metal oxide which are dispersed on the carrier. USE - Denitration catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has low temperature and high efficiency, stable performance and long service life, can be directly arranged after dust removal and desulfurization step, reduces energy consumption and prevents blockage of catalyst pores. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the denitration catalyst, which involves dispersing at least one of molecular sieve and inorganic oxide in water to prepare dispersion (A), dispersing carbon material precursor in water to obtain dispersion (B), dispersing dispersion liquid (A) and (B) metal salt (M1) solution to obtain dispersion (C), stirring and drying to obtain precursor of catalyst carrier, roasting, preparing modified catalyst carrier, immersing in metal salt (M2) solution, separating obtained sample and drying to obtain catalyst precursor, and roasting.
