NOVELTY - Preparing polypropylene carbonate/agricultural and forestry biomass composite material comprises (i) performing steam explosion pre-treatment of agricultural and forest biomass, and preparing steam explosion pretreatment of agricultural biomass, (ii) melting and mixing pre-processed agricultural and woodland biomass, polypropylene carbonate, plasticizer, foaming agent, and filler in a melt mixing device, (iii) placing the product obtained in step (ii), placing in a mold, and molding and foaming to obtain a porous material, and (iv) introducing carbon dioxide foaming into the porous material. USE - The composite material is used for producing environmentally friendly plate material and environmentally friendly, environmentally friendly inner packaging material, environmentally friendly outer packaging material, environmentally friendly decorative material, environmentally friendly tableware, environmentally friendly seedling, environmentally friendly absorbing material, environmentally friendly separating material, environmentally friendly heat insulating material, environmentally friendly sound insulation material, environmentally friendly damping material, environmentally friendly carrier, environmentally friendly soil covering material, environmentally friendly ecological protection treatment material, environmentally friendly plant growing belt, environmentally friendly toy, and environmentally friendly craftwork when selecting different mold (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to straw, dry branch leaves, bagasse, biogas residue, straw, withered branches, and leaves. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene carbonate/agriculture and forestry biomass composite material has good size stability, smooth and uniform surface, low foaming condition, low production cost, wide application range, and high surface performance, and can be prepared in simple and cost effective manner.
