NOVELTY - An anti-slip pavement composition comprises 40-70 wt.% performance improving material, 40-70 wt.% performance improving filler, and 5-50 wt.% curing agent. The performance improving material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyether-based polyurethane resin, 1-30 pts. wt. styrene-p-methoxystyrene copolymer, 1-25 pts. wt. methyl acrylate-butadiene copolymer, 0.1-20 pts. wt. butyl (meth)acrylate-butadiene copolymer, 1-20 pts. wt. acetylcellulose having degree of acetylation of 50-65%, 1-20 pts. wt. Buah Merah oil, 0.01-15 pts. wt. silicone-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, 0.01-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 0.01-15 pts. wt. silica sol, 0.01-15 pts. wt. ethylenebis stearamide and 0.01-15 pts. wt. polyacrylate. USE - Anti-slip pavement composition used for anti-slip pavement construction method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-slip pavement composition has excellent durability, heat-shielding properties, adhesion strength, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, durability to the pavement surface and toughness, prevents cracking, lifting, and peeling due to brittleness, reduces the heat island effect and the ice melting effect by absorbing UV and infrared rays while maintaining the slip resistance performance to secure the safety of pedestrians and drivers, and lowers the road surface temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An anti-slip pavement composition comprises 40-70 wt.% performance improving material, 40-70 wt.% performance improving filler, and 5-50 wt.% curing agent. The performance improving material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyether-based polyurethane resin, 1-30 pts. wt. styrene-p-methoxystyrene copolymer, 1-25 pts. wt. methyl acrylate-butadiene copolymer, 0.1-20 pts. wt. butyl (meth)acrylate-butadiene copolymer, 1-20 pts. wt. acetylcellulose having degree of acetylation of 50-65%, 1-20 pts. wt. Buah Merah oil, 0.01-15 pts. wt. silicone-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, 0.01-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 0.01-15 pts. wt. silica sol, 0.01-15 pts. wt. ethylenebis stearamide and 0.01-15 pts. wt. polyacrylate. The performance improvement filler comprises 100 pts. wt. ground calcium carbonate, 30-100 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-40 pts. wt. calcium chloride or sodium sulfate, 5-30 pts. wt. titanium oxide hydrophobized with mannosylerythritol lipid of formula (I), 3-10 pts. wt. scaly aluminum particles, 1-25 pts. wt. kaolinite, 1-25 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 1-25 pts. wt. Xenotime, 1-25 pts. wt. smectite, 1-25 pts. wt. pigment, 1-25 pts. wt. lithium aluminate, and 1-25 pts. wt. zeolite. R1,R2 = 2-5C aliphatic acyl; R3,R4 = H or acetyl;and n = 5-7. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for anti-slip pavement construction method, which involves performing pretreatment step to remove the deteriorated materials, foreign substances and pollutants from the asphalt concrete or cement concrete pavement, drying the surface of the construction pavement surface after the pretreatment step, applying a surface protection enhancer to the dried upper component, and applying and curing the anti-slip pavement composition on the coated upper component.
