NOVELTY - The electrode has an indium-tin-oxide (ITO) glass (1) whose upper surface is embedded with a conducting layer (2). The conducting layer is made of graphene oxide or graphene. A reduced graphene oxide (RGO) array (3) is arranged on surface of the conducting layer. USE - Micro-array electrode used for detecting concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution in DNA cells (all claimed) of living body used during treatment of senile dementia, Parkinson syndrome, arteriosclerosis, pathology disease and cancer disease. ADVANTAGE - The concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution in DNA cells can be detected effectively. The micro-electrode array can be prepared easily. The sensitivity and biologic compatibility of micro-electrode array can be improved. The detecting time of concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution in DNA cells can be reduced. The manufacturing cost of micro-electrode array can be reduced. The practicability and repeatability of micro-electrode array can be improved.
