NOVELTY - A heat resistant coating comprises film forming material, graphene dispersion liquid and filler that are mixed to form a mixture. Film forming material is 50 wt.% of the mixture, graphene dispersion liquid is 20-40 wt.% of mixture and balance amount is filler. Film-forming material is modified silicone resin emulsion and/or modified alkyd resin emulsion. Graphene dispersion liquid is a mixture of water and graphene. Filler is calcium carbonate, precipitated barium sulfate and heat-resistant filler. Heat-resistant filler is cordierite, microsilica, mica, quartz sand and/or alumina. USE - Aqueous antioxidant graphene reinforced heat resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat resistant coating has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The aqueous antioxidant graphene reinforced heat resistant coating comprises film forming material, graphene dispersion liquid and filler that are mixed to form a mixture. The film forming material is 50 wt.% of the mixture, the graphene dispersion liquid is 20-40 wt.% of the mixture, and the balance amount of filler. Film-forming material is a modified silicone resin emulsion and/or modified alkyd resin emulsion. Graphene dispersion liquid is a mixture of water and graphene. The weight ratio of graphene and water is (1-5):1000. The graphene oxide structure is 10-layer structure. Filler is calcium carbonate, precipitated barium sulfate and heat-resistant filler with the weight ratio of 1:1:(1-5). Heat-resistant filler is cordierite, microsilica, mica, quartz sand and/or alumina. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the preparation of aqueous antioxidant graphene reinforced heat resistant coating, which involves mixing graphene and water at 100-150 W power, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes and obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, weighing film-forming composition, graphene dispersion liquid and filler, adding graphene dispersion liquid and fillers to film forming material, mixing at high speed or by hand for 1 minutes, placing the mixture into a sand mill, grinding the material with the fineness of not greater than 40 mu m and obtaining graphene enhanced aqueous antioxidant resistant coating; and (2) the usage of aqueous graphene enhanced antioxidant heat resistant coating, which involves roughening to be coated surface of the substrate using sandpaper, cleaning the to be coated surface of the substrate by gasoline or acetone, drying, coating the graphene reinforced waterborne anti-oxidation resistant coating to the surface of the substrate using a brush or spray gun to a thickness of 0.01-1 mm, placing the substrate coated with graphene reinforced waterborne anti-oxidation resistant coating in an oven at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
