▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane modified asphalt comprises (a) heating polyurethane prepolymer at 100-120℃ for 6-8 minutes, adding isocyanate to covalently modify graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, and uniformly mixing, (b) adding carbon dioxide absorbent and diluent and uniformly stirring for 3-5 minutes, (c) heating road petroleum asphalt at 135℃ to flow state and stirring, adding compatibilizer and continuously stirring to uniformly mixing, and (d) adding carbon dioxide containing absorber, isocyanate covalently modified graphene oxide, and polyurethane prepolymer diluent to petroleum asphalt containing compatibilizer and performing high-temperature shearing and stirring at 170℃, where the shearing speed is 2000 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, curing at room temperature for 5-7 days to form the final strength. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyurethane modified asphalt. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane modified asphalt has good durability, anti-fatigue performance, strong low temperature crack resistance, and long construction operability time under high temperature environment.
