▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polyvinyl chloride/graphene antistatic composite material contains (in wt.%) impact modifier (2-20), expanded graphite as conductive filler (0.5-10), processing auxiliary agent (2-20) and remainder of matrix resin. The impact modifier is chlorinated polyethylene, copolymer of methyl methacrylate and acrylic ester and methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene ternary graft copolymer. The matrix resin is polyvinyl chloride. USE - Polyvinyl chloride/graphene antistatic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material has excellent toughness, antistatic property and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyvinyl chloride/graphene antistatic composite material contains (in wt.%) impact modifier (2-20), expanded graphite as conductive filler (0.5-10), processing auxiliary agent (2-20) and remainder of matrix resin. The impact modifier is chlorinated polyethylene, copolymer of methyl methacrylate and acrylic ester and methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene ternary graft copolymer. The auxiliary agent contains heat stabilizing agent, lubricant and plasticizer in mass ratio of 1-10:0-10:0-30. The heat stabilizer contains calcium stearate (0-75) and zinc stearate (0-15). The lubricant is magnesium stearate and/or paraffin. The plasticizer is polyethylene glycol adipate. The matrix resin is polyvinyl chloride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material.
