▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of benzimidazole similarly functionalized graphene hybrid material comprises reacting single layer of graphene oxide and thionyl chloride for 24-36 hours in the presence of nitrogen at 70 degrees C; evaporating excessive thionyl chloride; silanizing benzimidazole monomer; performing polycondensation to obtain silanization hydroxy amide with sealed amino-group; reacting mixture of chloroformylated graphite oxide and silanization hydroxy amide in anhydrous dimethyl formamide; and heat reducing solid unreduced functionalized graphene hybrid material in the presence of nitrogen. USE - Preparation of benzimidazole similarly functionalized graphene hybrid material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene hybrid material with stable uniform phase and excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of benzimidazole similarly functionalized graphene hybrid material comprises: (A) obtaining single layer or multi-layer of graphene oxide through chemical oxidation of natural graphite; (B) reacting single layer of graphene oxide and excessive thionyl chloride for 24-36 hours in the presence of nitrogen at 70 degrees C; (C) evaporating excessive thionyl chloride to obtain chloroformylated graphite oxide; (D) silanizing benzimidazole monomer with silane protective agent at ratio of silane protective agent to benzimidazole monomer of 2:1; (E) preserving p-bromobenzoyl chloride at 0 degrees C through ice water to perform polycondensation to obtain silanization hydroxy amide with sealed amino-group; (F) mixing chloroformylated graphite oxide and silanization hydroxy amide in anhydrous dimethyl formamide (DMF) for 30 minutes; (G) reacting for 72-80 hours in the presence of nitrogen at 60 degrees C; (H) pouring reaction liquid into mixing liquid, such that volume ratio of water to organic solvent is 1:1; (I) filtering through 0.22 mu m film to obtain filter cake; (J) dissolving filter cake in DMF; (K) precipitating and filtering water and mixing liquid with organic solvent 3 times; (L) washing filter cake with organic solvent until free of hydroxy amide; (M) drying filter cake to obtain unreduced functionalized graphene hybrid material;and (N) heat reducing solid unreduced functionalized graphene hybrid material in the presence of nitrogen at 350-500 degrees C to prepare benzimidazole functionalized graphene hybrid material of formula (I).
