NOVELTY - Thermoplastic resin masterbatch comprises 10-55 wt.% graphene, 3-18 wt.% carbon black, 0.1-10 wt.% surfactant, 0.1-2 wt.% auxiliary agent, 0.1-3.5 wt.% antioxidant, 0-3.3 wt.% sulfonate, 2-5 wt.% anti-wear agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% extreme-pressure additive, 0.2-4.5 wt.% modifier, 0.1-3.5 wt.% hard ceramic particles and carrier resin. USE - Thermoplastic resin masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic resin masterbatch has low raw material cost, simple and easy production, effectively realizes the charging property of graphene, improves the product quality and stability of product, effectively reduces production costs and helps to overcome environmental pollution caused by raw materials in the production process.
